These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Excellence Academy (“we,” “us,” or “our”), an enterprise of SHYAMORAYA CORP., and the website www.exacademy.co.in. By enrolling in our courses or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Enrollment & Admission

• Admission is open for students from Class VI to XII for CBSE, ICSE, ISC, WBBSE, WBCHSE, and International Boards.
• Enrollment is confirmed only after the submission of the admission form and payment of the prescribed fees.
• The institute reserves the right to refuse admission to any applicant without providing a reason.

2. Fees & Payments

• All course fees must be paid in advance as per the fee structure communicated at the time of enrollment.
• Fees are non‑transferable and non‑negotiable.
• Late payment may attract a penalty or result in suspension of classes.
• We reserve the right to revise the fee structure with prior notice.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Fees once paid are non‑refundable under any circumstances, except in cases where the institute cancels a batch or course.
• In the event of withdrawal by a student, no refund or adjustment will be provided for the remaining period.
• Any request for refund due to exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis at the sole discretion of the management.

4. Attendance & Conduct

• Regular attendance is mandatory. A minimum of 75% attendance may be required to appear for internal tests.
• Students must maintain discipline and adhere to the code of conduct. The institute reserves the right to expel any student for misconduct without fee refund.
• Parents/guardians are expected to cooperate with the institute’s rules and attend parent‑teacher meetings when scheduled.

5. Intellectual Property

All study materials, digital content, logos, and website content are the exclusive property of Excellence Academy. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the best education, we do not guarantee specific marks or rankings. The institute shall not be held liable for any indirect damages or loss arising from the use of our services or website.

7. Website Usage

• You may browse our website for information. Do not misuse the site or attempt unauthorized access.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue website features without notice.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
